これまでの面接で技術的な部分は拝見しましたので、今日はもう少しお人柄やお考えをお伺いしたいと思います。
Director :
We already reviewed the technical aspects in previous interviews, so today I’d like to learn more about your personality and way of thinking.

まず、これまで中国と日本、両方で開発を経験されていますが、働く上で一番大切にしていることは何ですか？

First, since you’ve worked in both China and Japan, what do you value most when working?

はい。私は「チームで信頼を築くこと」と「品質を守ること」を大切にしています。
Applicant :
Yes. I value Building Trust Within The Team and Maintaining Quality.
応募者 :
良いアプリを作るには、メンバー間のコミュニケーションが欠かせませんし、ユーザーに安心して使ってもらえる品質を維持することが自分の責任だと考えています。
Applicant :
To create a good application, communication among team members is essential, and maintaining a level of quality that users can trust is a responsibility I take seriously.
本部長 :
とても良い考えですね。日本で働く中で、文化や働き方の違いで苦労されたことはありますか？
Director :
That’s an excellent mindset. Have you experienced any difficulties due to cultural or working style differences in Japan?
応募者 :
最初は報告・連絡・相談のタイミングに戸惑いました。中国ではスピードを重視しますが、日本では丁寧な確認が求められます。
Applicant :
At first, I struggled with the timing of reporting, communication, and consultation. In China, speed is emphasized, whereas in Japan, careful confirmation is required.
応募者 :
ただ、今はそのバランスが取れるようになり、チーム全体の動きも意識して行動できるようになりました。
Applicant :
However, I’ve since learned to balance both, and I can now act with the team’s overall situation in mind.
本部長 :
素晴らしい成長ですね。では、当社に入社したらどのような仕事をしてみたいですか？
Director :
That’s wonderful growth. So, what kind of work would you like to do if you join our company?

御社で自社開発されているアプリに携わりたいです。
Applicant :
I would like to be involved in your company’s in-house application development.

ユーザーの反応を直接感じながら、機能改善を続けていくような仕事に魅力を感じています。

I’m attracted to work where I can directly feel users’ reactions and continually improve features.

そして将来的には技術リーダーとしてチームをまとめ、海外メンバーとの連携も活かしたいです。
Applicant :
Eventually, I’d like to become a technical leader, guiding the team and utilizing my experience working with overseas members.
本部長 :
なるほど。ちなみに、将来はどんなエンジニアを目指していますか？
Director :
I see. And what kind of engineer do you aspire to be in the future?
応募者 :
技術力だけでなく、周囲を動かせるエンジニアになりたいです。
Applicant :
I want to be an engineer who not only has strong technical skills but can also motivate and guide others.
応募者 :
開発の現場では個人のスキルより、チームの力が結果を決めると思っています。そのために自分が橋渡し役になれたらと思います。
Applicant :
In development, it’s not individual skill but the strength of the team that determines results. I hope to become someone who can bridge gaps and support that teamwork.
