住民 :
はい、先月会社を辞めました。今フリーランスをやっています。

Yes, I quit the company last month and I’m working as a freelancer now.

承知しました。では、年金手帳かマイナンバーカードはお持ちですか？
Staff :
I see. Do you have your pension handbook or My Number card?
住民 :
マイナンバーカードならあります。
Resident :
I have my My Number card.
職員 :

Staff :

職員 :
手続きが完了しましたら、今後はご請求書が郵送でご自宅に届きますので。
Staff :
