Description

　この文型は、数量や程度が大体そのくらいだと示すときに使われる表現です。話し手が物事の程度を推測する場合や、控えめに説明する場合に使われることが多いです。 This sentence pattern is used to express an estimate of quantity or degree, indicating that the speaker is giving a rough estimate or explanation.

Examples

バスで１５分じゅうごふんといったところです。It’s about 15 minutes by bus.

会議かいぎは１時間半いちじかんはんといったところでしょうか。The meeting will probably take about an hour and a half.

集あつまった人ひとは30人にんというところだ。About 30 people gathered.

今回こんかいの旅行りょこうは、観光かんこうというよりは仕事しごとといったところだ。This trip is more like work than sightseeing.
