Yes. In China, agile development is common, and speed and flexibility are required.

一方、日本ではウォーターフォール型が主流で、品質管理やドキュメントの整備がとても重視されていました。
Applicant :
In contrast, Japan mainly uses the waterfall model, with strong focus on quality control and documentation.

どちらも経験できたことで、チームやプロジェクトの特徴に合わせて柔軟に働けるようになったと思います。
