例文

お金かねが足たりなくて、新あたらしい車くるまを買かうどころではない。I don’t have enough money, so buying a new car is out of the question.

時間じかんがなくて、休憩きゅうけいどころではない。I don’t have time, taking a break is out of the question.

彼かれは仕事しごとのことで頭あたまがいっぱいで、デートどころではない。He is so preoccupied with work that dating is out of the question.
