D7500です。まだ設定がよく分からなくて、いつもオートで撮ってます。The D7500. But I’m not familiar with the settings yet, so I’ve been shooting in auto mode.B
最初はそれで大丈夫ですよ。まずは構図や光の方向を意識するといいと思います。That’s totally fine at first. Try focusing on composition and the direction of light.A
構図って、やっぱり難しいですね。何かコツがありますか？Composition is tough… any tips?B
三分割構図って聞いたことありますか？被写体を画面の中央じゃなくて、少し端に置くとバランスがよく見えます。Have you heard of the Rule of Thirds? Putting the subject slightly off-center instead of right in the middle makes the photo look more balanced.A
なるほど、勉強になります。あと、旅行中は昼に撮ることが多いんですが、光が強すぎて…。I see, that’s helpful. Also, I usually take photos during the day when I travel, but the light is too strong…B
昼は影がきつくなりやすいですからね。朝か夕方の柔らかい光の時間帯がおすすめです。Daytime shadows tend to be harsh. I recommend shooting in the morning or evening when the light is softer.A

ポートレートですね。お客様のプロフィール写真とか、自然光を使って、表情を引き出すのが楽しいです。Portraits—like profile photos for clients. Using natural light to bring out their expressions is really fun.A
