Description

　「〜かねる」は、能力的または状況的に、ある行動をするのが難しい、またはできないことを示します。断るときや遠慮を込めた表現として使われます。「〜かねる」expresses that due to abilities or circumstances, it is difficult or impossible to perform a certain action. It is used as a polite refusal or expression of hesitation.
