はい、異文化の中でも柔軟に対応できるコミュニケーション力だと思います。My strength is communication—being able to adapt flexibly even in multicultural environments.学生
日本語・中国語・英語を使い、相手に合わせた話し方を意識するようにしています。I speak Japanese, Chinese, and English, and I try to adjust the way I speak based on the person I’m communicating with.面接官

最初は現場をよく学ばせていただき、将来的には海外取引の交渉や新しい市場開拓に挑戦したいです。I would like to learn the work on-site at first, and eventually challenge myself with overseas negotiations and market development.面接官

はい、入社後３か月間の研修で各部署を体験してもらい、その後本人の希望と適性を見て配属を決定します。After joining, you will experience several departments during a three-month training period. Then, we consider your preference and suitability to decide your assignment.学生
