　この文型は、二つの事柄を並べて、どちらであっても同じ結果や状況が適用されることを示す表現で、どの選択肢であっても、何らかの事実や結論が変わらないことを強調するときに使われます。　This sentence pattern expresses that no matter which of the two matters, the result or situation will be the same. It emphasizes that no matter which option is chosen, some facts or conclusions remain unchanged.
