はい、大学のグループ発表で、どうしても意見が合わずに困ったことがありました。Yes. In a group presentation at university, we had difficulty because our opinions didn’t match.Student
ですが、お互いの考えを整理して話し合い、最終的には良い発表ができました。But we organized our thoughts and discussed them carefully, and we eventually delivered a great presentation.Student
そこから、話すよりもまず「聞くこと」の大切さを学んだんです。That experience taught me the importance of listening before speaking.Director
いい経験ですね。では、もし取引先から急にトラブルの連絡が入った場合、どう対応しますか？That’s a good experience. If a client suddenly contacted you about a problem, how would you respond?Student
まずは状況を正確に把握して、事実関係を各所に確認します。First, I would accurately understand the situation and confirm the facts with the relevant parties.Student
そしてすぐに上司に報告し、相談します。そして自ら相手に対して謝罪が必要な場合は、感情的にならず冷静に対応します。Then I would immediately report to my supervisor and consult with them. If an apology is needed, I would respond calmly, without becoming emotional.Director
とても良いと思います。自分で勝手に判断してはダメですね。今後、どんなキャリアを目指したいですか？Very good. It’s dangerous to make decisions on your own. What kind of career do you want to pursue in the future?Student
最初は営業の現場で経験を積みたいです。First, I want to gain experience in frontline sales.Student
その後は、中国や東南アジアとの取引を担当し、両国の架け橋になれるような仕事をしたいと考えています。Later, I hope to handle business with China and Southeast Asia and become a bridge between the two regions.Director

はい、大丈夫です。忙しい時期や出張にも柔軟に対応できるようにしたいです。Yes, no problem. I can be flexible during busy periods.Student

はい。海外出張のチャンスは入社後どのくらいありますか？Yes. How soon after joining would I have chances for overseas business trips?Director
早ければ２〜３年目から担当を任せることもあります。英語や中国語ができる社員は特にチャンスが多いですよ。As early as your second or third year, you may be assigned such responsibilities. Employees who speak English or Chinese have even more opportunities.Student
