言葉や文化の違いで誤解が生じないように確認を徹底すること、そのうえでチャンスを逃さない俊敏性が必要です。To avoid misunderstandings caused by language or cultural differences, thorough confirmation is necessary. At the same time, speed is needed to avoid missing opportunities.部長
なるほど。ちなみに、今までコミュニケーションで苦労した経験はありますか？I see. Have you ever struggled with communication in the past?学生
はい、大学のグループ発表で、どうしても意見が合わずに困ったことがありました。Yes. In a group presentation at university, we had difficulty because our opinions didn’t match.学生
ですが、お互いの考えを整理して話し合い、最終的には良い発表ができました。But we organized our thoughts and discussed them carefully, and we eventually delivered a great presentation.学生
そこから、話すよりもまず「聞くこと」の大切さを学んだんです。That experience taught me the importance of listening before speaking.部長
いい経験ですね。では、もし取引先から急にトラブルの連絡が入った場合、どう対応しますか？That’s a good experience. If a client suddenly contacted you about a problem, how would you respond?学生
まずは状況を正確に把握して、事実関係を各所に確認します。First, I would accurately understand the situation and confirm the facts with the relevant parties.学生
そしてすぐに上司に報告し、相談します。そして自ら相手に対して謝罪が必要な場合は、感情的にならず冷静に対応します。Then I would immediately report to my supervisor and consult with them. If an apology is needed, I would respond calmly, without becoming emotional.部長
とても良いと思います。自分で勝手に判断してはダメですね。今後、どんなキャリアを目指したいですか？Very good. It’s dangerous to make decisions on your own. What kind of career do you want to pursue in the future?学生
最初は営業の現場で経験を積みたいです。First, I want to gain experience in frontline sales.学生
その後は、中国や東南アジアとの取引を担当し、両国の架け橋になれるような仕事をしたいと考えています。Later, I hope to handle business with China and Southeast Asia and become a bridge between the two regions.部長

早ければ２〜３年目から担当を任せることもあります。英語や中国語ができる社員は特にチャンスが多いですよ。As early as your second or third year, you may be assigned such responsibilities. Employees who speak English or Chinese have even more opportunities.学生
